三维可视化孪生系统在青龙寺洗煤厂的建设研究

摘要:

以青龙寺洗煤厂的智能化建设为背景, 为了将选煤厂生产、管理、培训等智能应用场景多维度、多方式的生动展示、查询、应用,最终实现不同应用角色的多层级数据分析、立体指挥,研究建设三维可视化孪生系统。首先用三维技术构建三维场景,制作设备仿真和煤流仿真,然后基于三维引擎做可视化孪生开发,将以时间为变量的过程数据和以空间为变量的三维模型结合,实现了智能系统和物理环境全融合、多业务协同联动、综合调度预警,助力洗煤厂高效生产和管理。

Abstract:

Based on the intelligent construction of Qinglongsi coal preparation plant, and in response to the difficulty of centralized management of numerous intelligent control and management systems generated by intelligent construction, a 3-dimensional visualization twin system is studied and constructed to solve the problem. Firstly, 3-dimensional technology is used to construct a 3D scene, create equipment simulation and coal flow simulation. Secondly, based on the Unity3D engine, 3D twin development is carried out, combining process data with time as a variable and 3D models with space as a variable. This achieves full integration of intelligent systems and physical environments, multi business collaboration and linkage, comprehensive scheduling and early warning, and helps the efficient production and management of coal washing plants.
